Cameron Oakes - Ceo

My Name is Cameron Oakes, and I am the founder of Team grenade fitness.
I have decided to become a fitness Coach trainer having spent years being that person who wanted so desperately to lose weight and feel good about myself. I’ve been on every program /diet plan under the sun, and my weight fluctuated drastically.


Now, having emerged the other side and having achieved my goals, I want to use my skills and experience to help others. I care about my clients, and there’s nothing more important to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong. I know how being overweight affects one’s life. I want to be there for those who want to bring about change. I want to help you discover the benefits of training that have helped me to become the person I am today, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
I understand that life can be hectic and its often tough to find the time to work out. I’ve been there myself, and I’ve made every excuse under the sun. I have used my experiences and being a firefighter has added to me being involved in many physical activities. I have designed a program that is manageable, enjoyable and proven to work.
I have been training for the past 10 years and in that time I have worked with numerous of clients providing a range of fitness training schemes that are tailored to suit them.
